How It Works

Preliminary Research And One On One Meeting
Simply fill out the order form below. Enter three keyword phrases that best describe the product or services you provide and submit your payment. Once your payment is received we will then complete a preliminary market research of your company, your competitors, keywords, and estimated costs per click. This report will be emailed to you followed by a one-on-one phone conversation to discuss keywords, your business, your competitors and our recommendations. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your objectives, establish a base-line cost per lead, hours of operation, phone answering policy, ad copy, scheduling of ads, negative keywords, geo-targeted locations, and to look at potentially profitable keywords that may have been overlooked.

Keyword Research
Using the information gathered from Step 1, we will complete the keyword research for your campaigns. We’ll look at several factors to help us assemble this list by looking at the keywords your competitors are bidding on as well as the keywords they are ranking for. This list is then exported into an excel spreadsheet where we organize and sort these keywords into their respective adgroups according to the keyword being bid on. By organizing the keywords into adgroups we can write corresponding ads that Google will see as relevent, high quality and assign them a higher quality score which lowers your cost per click. This approach, combined with a great landing page, the formatting of keywords with broad match modifiers and the dynamic insertion of keywords into ads are all methods we use to successfully lower advertising costs.

Website And landing Page Evaluation
We will review your website and make recommendations on improvements (if needed) to better optimize each ads landing page. We will also look to see if your website is mobile ready if your ads will be served on mobile devices. If you need a mobile website we will build you one at no charge (does not include hosting at $9.00 per month). If your ads are running on mobile devices a customized mobile site will load faster and lower your cost per click. Other things we look at are improving conversions with your current landing page design, and other pages we can list in the ad as “site links’ which will also improve your ad placement, lower costs and increase click throughs.

Write Great Ad Copy
We love writing great ads. A good ad serves several purposes. First, it must be in accordance with Google’s TOS or it will be rejected. Second, it needs to be highly relevant to the keyword the ad is being served for. If not, the cost for that ad will be higher. And last but not least, the ad needs to be clear, concise and compelling. Writing headlines and ad text that can stand out while creating a sense of urgency with a bold call to action is the way we approach every ad we write.

Create Your Campaign
Every aspect of your campaign’s settings are triple checked and in accordance with your business and what you want. Ad scheduling that’s specific to your hours of operations, holidays, geographic locations, max cost per click, daily ad spend, etc are all reviewed and approved prior to launching the campaign. We’ll also add site links, click to call for mobile, and analytics for tracking.

Monitor, Adjust And Optimize
We will monitor your campaign and make adjustments as necessary to improve click throughs, conversions and costs per click. Normally we do this every 2 weeks (depending on the amount of ad spend) as it takes time to accumulate enough data to begin making measured adjustments. The key to a well managed PPC campaign is knowing how to look at the reported metrics and then make logical, empirical decisions versus theoretical ones. We’re able to do this by split testing ads, landing pages, bids, etc to make improvements to the account.
